This Privacy Policy explains how LimoSuite collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information when you use the LimoSuite website, mobile application, driver tools, reservation features, network services, and related support channels.

Depending on the features you use, LimoSuite may process:

• Account and identity information such as name, username, email address, phone number, date of birth, and account identifiers.
• Authentication information needed to sign in and secure your account.
• Profile information, profile photographs, vehicle photographs, vehicle details, and uploaded vehicle or driver documents.
• Reservation and ride information, including pickup and drop-off locations, trip details, ride history, and service activity.
• Location information when location-enabled features are used.
• Business and transaction-related information such as ride prices, earnings, offers, payouts, and account activity.
• Device and application information, including device identifiers, push-notification tokens, and technical usage information.
• Messages or information you send to LimoSuite through support or contact channels.

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve LimoSuite services.
• Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and protect account security.
• Process reservations, rides, driver workflows, marketplace activity, and network features.
• Display appropriate driver, vehicle, portfolio, and reservation information.
• Send service-related notifications and respond to support requests.
• Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access.
• Comply with legal, accounting, contractual, and regulatory obligations.

Information may be shared with service providers that support LimoSuite operations, with drivers, customers, or transportation-network participants when required to provide a requested service, and with authorities when disclosure is required by law. Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets where legally permitted.

Location information may be used for ride operations, pickup and drop-off workflows, navigation, nearby opportunities, dispatch, and other location-dependent functionality. Device permissions can be managed through your operating-system settings, although disabling location access may limit features that depend on it.

LimoSuite retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and for legitimate legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual, or recordkeeping requirements. When an account is deleted, personal information that is not required to be retained is deleted or anonymized. Certain historical ride, transaction, or operational records may be retained in anonymized or legally required form.

LimoSuite uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

LimoSuite driver and business services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly offer driver accounts to children under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, legal obligations, or data practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
